On November 14, 2022, Dr. Prasert kitsuwanarat Lampang Provincial Public Health Doctor assigned Mrs. Nongkran Kochrakak , Deputy Public Health Doctor, Lampang Province. Presided over the opening ceremony of the basic practitioner rehabilitation workshop , 14-hour transitional course (Class 1 ) at the meeting room, 3rd floor, Nutrition Science Building, Lampang Hospital. The target group is 50 operators in the emergency medical service system . Qualified as a medical emergency worker according to the new regulations, supported by a lecturer from Lampang Hospital and Koh Kha Hospital
